Double DIN – DIN refers to the standard size for car audio head units and was originally established by Germany. DIN stands for Deutches Institut fur Normung and this standard was adopted as the international standard in 1984. Single DIN is 180 x 50 mm panel and double DIN is 180 x 100 mm panel size.

  • Clarion ADB340MP – “I enjoy the power and the Led Display on this unit. It is very elegant and expensive looking. I think it looks a lot better than the Pioneer, Sony or JVC double din options that I have seen around. There isn't that many options for those that want to keep a double din but I feel this is the best overall. There are a lot of buttons on this unit and they are very small and you really do need to read the manual to comprehend how everything works.”
