  Alpine Digital Media Receiver in In-Dash Car Audio Systems – “I have always preferred Alpine head units and this one only proves once again that Alpine is the best producer of car audio systems. This unit is very nice! The content loads rapidly from the iPod or a USB thumb drive. The interface is easy to use and uncomplicated. It only took me about 20 minutes of playing with all of the dials and buttons to completely understand how the unit works. If you are thinking about purchasing this receiver, I would highly recommend it and say that you will not be disappointed.”

The DVD is nice and big, has a great touch screen, can navigate easily through songs, it's still easy to see on sunny days, and has a fantastic sound! Great GPS system and easy to install.”

I got the Garmin navigation option to accompany this unit and was amazed at how easy it was to use and how accurate it was. The video display is crisp and clear but there are no screensavers, though. DVD look great and the remote is easy to use (although, if you lose the remote, watching DVDs will become complicated as there are exclusive commands that only the remote can give!) Without a doubt, this is the best unit for your dollar compared to the much pricier Alpine and Eclipse units!”

I just recently had it installed and so this is my first impression. It was pretty easy and straightforward to install if you purchase a wiring harness specific to your vehicle. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend this product if you're looking for Bluetooth and iPod capabilities, without going into the DVD and Navigation areas because the price was way too good to pass up!”
